Sifu Sean Bardoe founded the
S.E.A.W.C.A on April 8th 2002 on the advice of master Ip Chun (association
president). Sean is a long term student of master Ip Chun, has been residing in
Hong Kong for the last seven years and has recently been accepted as an
instructor and representative for Ip Chun Sifu. Although Sean is bilingual,
most classes are held in English ~ this has proved beneficial for students
visiting Hong Kong for a short period as this eliminates the need for
translators
